What is your current turnaround time?
Our current turnaround time is always shown at the top of the home page. Please check here before ordering as it does change all the time.
Can you rush my order?
We dont offer a ‘rush order’ service but if you need your order by a specific date please contact us and we will do our best to get it to you before then.
Do you offer local collection?
Yes we do offer local collection from Herne Bay, Kent. Please select pick up at the check out and then we will contact you to arrange collection.
I love the design but can I change the font or wording?
We understand not everyone loves the same fonts so if you drop us a message via the contact page we are always happy to find something that works for you or to change the wording slightly!
My item has a spelling mistake on it, what should I do?
Please make sure when filling out the personalisation that all spelling is correct. If the spelling on the item matches what you have put on the order then unfortunately we cannot offer a return.
If we have made an error our end, another item will be sent out immediately.
